Hi, I'm Judith Dowling, an accredited Supervisor of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
With diplomas in Life Coaching, Couples Counselling, and Addiction Studies, I help individuals and couples navigate life's challenges—from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and personal growth.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University plus a Diploma in Humanities from NUIM, Maynooth.
My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing and self-discovery can begin.
